Another change find . I went through the variety sites and couldn't match it up .

This looks more like post-mint damage. The letter is partially crushed, as are the 7 and the E in LIBERTY, for example.

Agreed....I've seen lots of cents like this in my time.

 That is definitely not a D/D.  Worn die damage.
