2018 uncirculated (Scar Face)

From one angle, it looks like a scratch. From another, it looks like a Strike-Thru, Mint Error. Inconclusive based on the pictures.

If it is an Error, it would probably bring $30-$50 if certified.

Ill assume its a strike through cause I got it out of a non circulated penny roll all were brand new

Looks to me like post mint damage. Need a closer look to tell. A non circulated roll does not guarantee high grades or non details coins.

This is true,  i was wondering if it could get nicked even without being circulated.

Yes they most certainly can get nicks and scratches without being circulated.
