I was trying to find where we can ask a question about the forum software. I can't find that area anymore. Are we ever going to be able to add signatures again?

There is an Ask NGC part of the Form.

Just go the main page that has all the areas to look at.

You can turn signatures on/off at that page. You can also modify your signature there.

You can navigate to that page by clicking "Forums -> My Settings -> Signature Settings" in the main menu. You'll find other settings in that menu too.
