1992 - 1998 Silver Proof Sets

Hi,

Is there a reason the 1992 - 1998 Silver Proof sets are included in the annual proof set and don't have a separate set designation like the 1999 - Date of Silver Proof Sets?

Thank you for the inquiry, DFA.

Our senior numismatic team has determined that the addition of proof silver in 1992 does not merit a separate sub-category in the NGC Registry. Thank you.
