1944s wheat penny reddish in color is it rare or no?

I found a 1944 s wheat penny reddish brown in color front and back is that common or it rare or what.

1 of 3 normal colors. Red, Red/Brown and Brown.

And, with a mintage of 282,760,000, it is not rare. But, if you found it in circulation, that is pretty cool.

Depending on environment, a copper or bronze penny can turn that color. I don't remember exactly what factor induces it, but I've seen a lot of it.
