1804 Draped Bust Half Cent with plain 4 Stems to wreath and Obverse Rim Cud

Hello, I was trying to find a Cohen number associated with my 1804 Draped Bust Half Cent but doesn't exist on the Variety Plus website.  It is a "plain 4" with "Stems to Wreath" and a rim cud on the obverse at 1:00.  It is similar to C-3 but with a plain 4 instead of C-3's Crosslet 4.  Please help as I am trying to determine a value.  Thank you in advance.

Your coin appears to be Cohen-9, Manley Die State 4.0. That is a Crosslet 4 variety, but the crosslet may not be evident on your specimen, which appears to be corroded. A lighter photo would make things clearer.
