The coin does not look like a Cameo example and it would almost certainly be throwing money away, were you to get it graded.

It looks like it may be a prooflike coin (business strike). These are relatively common starting from the mid-90's. This also appears to be a relatively low grade example, which means it definitely is not worth it. You need to make 66PL or 67PL to really make it worth it.

Pl looking yes --- but the fields look to have been ruined by handling. Maybe a MS65PL tops. Not worth grading fees.
