Help with a grade? 1878-CC DMPL

I have the opportunity to pick up this 1878-CC, looks like a DMPL to me, and am trying to grade this coin. Looks 64-65 but I am not that good at this. Any opinions would be helpful since grade determines the price I will offer the seller.

Those pictures are not great. They appear to be intentionally showing you what you want to see - they've clearly been altered significantly. 

This coin is definitely not 65. Even with the adjustments, I can see marks. I'd expect there's a much better chance this grades at 63.
