Welcome to the forum.

It is the specially made Proof examples (with mirror surfaces) from mint packaged Proof sets which are rare and valuable. If yours was obtained through circulation or other than in a Proof set, it is an ordinary example, worth 5c.

Circulation strike coin? 5c unless it's almost perfect, with no bag marks, dings, etc. (there are a small # of collectors for ultra-ultra high grade modern coins).

Except during WWII (when the P was used to identify war nickels containing silver), Philadelphia circulation strike coins do not have a mint mark. That's why it's a big deal for the mint to use the P on 2017 cents in recognition of the 225th anniversary of the Philadelphia mint.

It's easy to upload an image to the forum. Just 'choose files' at the bottom of the chat box, go to where the image is stored, click on it, then submit, easy peasy.

FS are the designers initials, Felix Schlag.

Recommend  you invest in a Red Book (doesn't have to be this year's) because of the wealth of information it has about US coins. Don't fixate on the prices in the Red Book, they are high retail. But you will find out about mintages, which coins were struck at which mints, etc.
