Submission Help with 1883 cc Morgan silver dollar

First time trying to submit a coin. Can I call NGC and ask a question? Basically i have an 1883cc Morgan Silver dollar, that is in a holder from the mint stating "Uncirculated Silver Dollar" I was thinking of having it graded. First....is it worth submitting it ? Second...what Grading tier do I select? Third...What Grading Service do i choose? Sorry for so many question, I just don't want to do something wrong and cause damage to the coin.

It looks like a low quality uncirculated example and I don't think it would be worth the expense to get it graded. I would leave it as is.

Years ago, I traded quite a few of these dollars. I had piles of them, boxed, that would often trade sight unseen.  The coins in those piles looked like yours, which is more or less typical.

The 'cheek' whish is the focal point, appears to have lots of chatter which prohibits the cost to have this coin encapsulated. Too bad, as it looks like a well struck specimen.
