Grade is EF-45, although it has been dipped and retoned (in a market acceptable way).

 

I don't have the time right now to find the O-#, but `26 isn't known for being too difficult.

Thank you all for your comments and attributions. Someone asked about the luster, and it does have more luster in hand especially on the obverse. This coin is in an old ANACS holder (ANA hologram on the reverse and white label with blue text on the obverse) as an AU-50.
