I don't know how the coin grades, but based on the images (which is all we have to go by) 65 is too low. The color and luster are fine, the surfaces look to be exceptionally clean and the areas of soft strike are acceptable at the 66 and 66+ grade levels, if not higher.

I'm very suspicious of the high points on the cheek. It looks a bit scratched up there, and the photo could be hiding quite a bit.

I saturated it more so you can see what I'm seeing better.

Can't see any luster from those photos.

 

I see a contact abrasion right in front of Liberty's chin.

 

Strike is just decent and surfaces are otherwise smooth.

 

I wouldn't be surprised at 66 but certainly no higher.
