Coin museum!

I was recently in Dubai for business but had some time to sight see. I was visiting Bastikia which is an old neighborhood in Dubai which has been preserved and is now the home of many local artists and small museum displays. I stumbled across this very cool coin museum. It had a very large selection of Middle East coins. I know very little about coins from the Middle East but I really enjoyed the presentation here, mostly the coin holders that spin so you can see both sides of the coin. Here are a few pictures I snapped.

How cool is that ?

I can't imagine the surprise upon seeing that sign......That's a neat display system, although in this country, someone would go in there with a sledgehammer.
