Accented Hair or Not?? That is the question.

So I picked up this 1964 Proof set, and comparing this to the PCGS resources site, I think this may be a Kennedy accented hair variety. Can anyone help me with this?

You will know an 'Accented Hair' when you see it, as it is very pronounced and not subtle. Get to know the pick-up points for this coin.
