Renewal of premium membership after a few years

I originally signed u under the elite package many years ago then lapsed and just renewed with premium. Orignally I got a welcome package with submittal forms et cetera. Am I to expect that again in the mail or do I need to print out the forms? I noticed the sign up message mentioned credits in the account.

Thanks for your question. We no longer send packets with hard copy forms and grading coupon for new and renewing members. Instead, a $150 grading credit is automatically applied to your account and you may find submission forms online. If you prefer the hard copy submission forms, please contact customer service at 1.800.NGC.COIN and a representative can mail some out to you.
