Do I have something clicked wrong here on my page?

 

NGC,

I have looked up a few registration numbers the past week and the listing is in Chinese. Is it your platform, me, or my computer?

 

Please Help!

There should be a Chinese Take-Out place nearby that can translate for you....and you can get some nice steamed dumplings, too!

Yes, some users have reported that same problem. We have been looking at it but are having trouble replicating the problem ourselves. We believe it may be a specific environment (combination of operating system and browser).

 

All but two users reporting the problem are using Windows 10. Would you let me know what browser you are using?

 

Some users were able to correct the problem by clearing their cache and deleting cookies. Please give that a try and let me know if you have success. We apologize for the difficulty and look forward to getting the problem resolved.
