Looks relatively clean. I'd call this one a 65-66. Probably a 66 given it's a CC GSA.

The "real grade" is MS-64+. The mark on the cheek takes out of MS-65, 66 territory IMO.

 

Is NGC still putting those grading bans around GSA holders?

65. Given TPG leniency on CC Morgan's, I wouldn't be surprised if it came back as MS66.

The coin may show different in person, but I see the following...There are some pretty big distracting marks on the jaw line and neck, as well as a lot of contact marks and possible a crescent shaped "coin machine" mark at about 4 o'clock on the obverse. The reverse is stunning. I'm more comfortable at the MS64 range.
