1941 Washington quarter

I'm trying to understand both ends of the grading spectrum. How would you guys grade this type of quarter. The largest part of my collection falls under this heading. Thx.

I would label it as SILVER MELT.

Fr2, but if that's a scratch or ink on the obverse I'd give it a details tag. Not enough rim for me to even go AG3...IMHO.

I am inclined to agree that it wouldn't even be a strong AG details coin, but I do think it would end up in AG details plastic if someone was bored and decided to send it to the grading services (not advised).
