Replacing special labels when reholdering

I have some coins that need new holders. One in particular is a special label

called 'Renaissance Era' and is a 1939 Mercury Dime. I asked customer service if I could still get that label and they took forever to respond. After several tries they said it was a special dealer label. Can I get that label in a reholder ? Coin is Proof 67 Star and if I lose the label I lose a pedigree along with it. Will my coin be returned with 'Renaissance Era' label ?

Thanks for contacting us. If you are sending that coin for reholder, still in the NGC holder, then the label will stay with the coin when reholdered.
