1999 Wrong Planchet Lincoln Cent

What metal do you think it is ? What do you think the grade is ? It has a die crack lower left of main eye that could be a double eye ? Has markings of DDR above T & E in United , above first T and E in States and above M in America . Also has a "bar" in between last two columns at the bottom and "bumps" of metal to the right of sitting Lincoln .

It just appears to be an off-color 1999 cent.

Ever since 1982, with the copper plated stuff, I've seen all sorts of gold shades. Looks like a get-rich-quick scheme on the old ebay.

If it was truly an off-planchet, the seller would have included detailed weight information.

Yes. There are many thousands of similar worthless errors on cents.
