are you talking about the double d? After a second look I see it now. That Gothic German is hard to see if you are not used to it. You would be better off asking the world collectors I would think

yes it is a doubled die I would say based on your photos for the condition of the coin the value is approx. $20-$30 dollars priced at retail from a dealer who specializes in such coins and has buying collectors

Doubled die is a term in numismatics used to refer to doubling in the design elements of a coin. Doubled dies can appear as an outline of the design as is with your 5 reichspfennig.
