Update on WW-II era train in tunnel.

Wow!

 

The possibilities of what pieces of lost artwork that the train could hold is very exciting. That will be one story that I will follow with great interest.

These tunnels more resemble a mine than what I consider a railroad with a tunnel going through a mountain.

 

Train tracks on the countryside do not just disappear and even in a wooded area, the grade is easily followed.

 

To have a full sized train 'disappear' in a mountain seems far fetched. To have trolly cars on a track in a mine disappear would not be a stretch, especially if few people knew how to get into the mine.
