Wow, based on that photo, I would say that coin has its fair share of eye appeal. As long as there is no rub, I would say that is in the range of MS66 or so.... Awesome.

Not sure about the scuff above the eyebrow.

 

Not sure about the lack of luster.

 

Am Sure it's a solid MS 65 if these other items turn out to be photo issues not affecting the coin.

Mark & Afterword nailed the grade and I think Mark also hit on what kept it from a MS 65. Thanks to everyone who posted, I appreciate your comments.
