Trouble today with the NGC registry entering new coins

I tried to enter an NGC graded coin and a PCGS graded coin on my set today, and got a message that the coins are being "validated. Please wait until the validation is finished."

 

Nothing has happened since I tried to enter the coins this morning, and I'm getting the sale message again. Is the system down or broken?
