I want to send several coins in for Designation Review using the on-line invoice but don't see how to do it. I've created the invoice and selected Economy for the tier but drop-down for Service doesn't include this as an option. So...how do I do this on-line?

Thank you for your question. When using the online form. Click 'No tier" in the tier selection list and then you will see the option for Designation Review in the service selection list.
