Is this as fake as it looks ?

I'm not a gold guy but looking through listings I found this fake looking coin, fake looking slab, red flags everywhere. Look and tell me what you think.

The cert check on PCGS matches but the slab itself looks fake. Specifically the numbers on the cert seem odd to me.

That "coin" is really bad. Notice the designer's initials at 10:00? That coin wouldn't fool most coin collectors so you can rightly assume it's being aimed at non-collectors.
