The coin has been whizzed. It is a less-common date, so it still will have some premium, but not a whole lot.

 

The coin looks as if it has been cleaned or polished. But I don't understand how, based on those images, you can state that it has been whizzed.

The parallel lines in the left obverse field, around the motto and in front of her face, strongly suggest whizzing to me.

Jason you must have superman eyes , the coin does look polished or whizzed however based on those photos there is no way of telling for sure what is wrong with it .
