Just recently purchased. What would you grade it as? Does it looked cleaned to you?

It's a little tough to tell but it looks like that might be a "Capped CC" ...

 

As for the grade I say a 30.

It's nice circulated example of the Capped die variety (large "CC" over a smaller "CC" mint mark). I'd say it should grade in the VF-25 neighborhood.

The grade appears to be VF details improperly cleaned. From the photos the coin does appear to have been cleaned.

Unless there are hairlines that we can't see in the photo, the TPGs are not going to mark a coin like that "cleaned."
