Guess the grade (mercury dime)

I would say MS65 no full bands. The obverse strike appears to be pretty good for a 40's merc. The reverse appears to be relatively mark free as well. Luster may be nice - it's hard trying to see it from a pic. The bands, IMO, don't cut it for being full. They are very flat and appear to have interuptions in continuity from one side to the other. All in all, a very pleasant coin.

Yes it is, if you look carefully it runs from the bottom rim all the way to the top rim. Considering the size of the flow lines and the huge die crack i'm assuming this is one of the last coins to see the obv. die that produced this coin.
