Mint Error Service - Doubled Dies

I have a foreign coin that is a doubled die obverse. There is no reference for this coin in any publication. If I submit this coin under the Mint Error service and list it as a DDO, will NGC list this on the insert?

If verified here, we would list it as an DDO on the holder for you. I'm sure as you know, be sure to make that clear on the invoice.
