Recent Roosevelt Upgrades for My Collection

Some recent upgrades for my silver Roosevelt collection.

1946-P

NGC MS 67

 

A very nice bright white coin with good luster. Coin has a good strike on both sides with near full torch line details on the reverse.

 

 

 

 

 

1949-D

NGC MS 67 FT

 

Toning is a little dark on the obverse, but a good-looking coin overall.

 

 

1950-P

NGC MS 67

 

Decent-looking coin with a few colors in the toning.

 

 

1954-D

NGC MS 67

 

This is a very new pick-up; I haven't even received the coin yet. But it looks to be another nice bright white MS 67.

1958-D

NGC MS 67 FT

 

Nice rainbow colors on the obverse, but the coin is dark overall.

These coins are mostly grade upgrades. I only need eight more dates to complete a 1946-'64 Roosevelt set with MS 67 or higher.

ANACS PF 64

 

I'm generally not very interested in modern proof coinage, but I got this rainbow-like 1953 for the right price. I think the coin lost points because of some damage on the lower torch.
