Unidentifiable Coin - Help!

Hello Everyone,

 

I recent purchased a large bag of foreign coins. There are many different coins but one in particular caught my eye...

 

If anyone could give me some insight or point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

he was caught in a flash fire and had it all burned off

 

but was not burned just the hair singed off and is still doing well on many current coins of the world
