How about a guess of NT or AT thread? GRADE UPDATE!!

Well I got my coin back today. The details grade is "residue".

That really nails it down. :grin:

My thoughts are that they are saying maybe the toning was caused by some sort of dipping solution that was improperly rinsed.

Oh, and I'm sure they know that, it's not just a wild guess, because, after all, they're the professionals. Sorry, not buying it. I can guess, too.
