Order Status Issues?

There appears to be a problem with the Order Status option. When I select it, IE takes a long time then shows a page that says no order history found. An order was completed several months ago, and a current one is in QC for final inspection...so there should be something there.

 

Can you look into this?

Thanks for the question. We are currently having some connectivity issues that have made NGC Certification Verification, Invoice Tracking, and a few other services unavailable. We are working to restore these connections.
