The 16 has nice satin luster that shimmers 65BN

 

The 09 has rotating cartwheel 64RD ICG

 

I would say all the guesses were fairly accurate. Both pics are pretty accurate except each coin shows more luster and the flyspecks on the 09 are not noticeable under 5 x.
