"invalid Certification" Message

2 posts in this topic

Hi Ali,

I have another issue with the infamous "invalid Certification" message while trying to add new coins to my Maundy Type Set (Maundy on Parade). Coins to be added are the Queen Anne slots for 1P, 2P and 3P. The certification numbers are as follows:

1P - 3394635-013

2P - 3394635-014

3P - 3394635-015

These coins are part of an NGC multi-coin holder with certification numbers 3394635 (013-016) ~ perhaps that is part of the cause.

Update: You guys must be working behind the scenes already. The message on all 3 has now updated to a much better "not valid for slot".

Update 2: Great Work ! All coins have been added and life is good again, Thanks for your help.

Hi, greysoldier.

Thank you for the update. When you receive any automated messages that say, "This coin is not valid for this slot...," and, "Are you sure you want to save...?" then you may say YES.

If you say, YES, then this generates an automated process where we receive the same message and all of the details involved. Then with a few clicks, we can easily and quickly add your coin to that set for you, if it is appropriate.

After we add the coin(s), you will receive a message saying the coin was added to your set(s).

Thanks, and have a good evening.
