Sorry for being off topic but I didnt know where else to post this...

 

I bought a private 8 volume photo collection today at a local flea market... its from the late 1920s through the late 1930s.

 

It belong to this guy... Navy Commander Lee J. Levert from NYC

 

photo in the middle of the page...

 

NY Herald Newspaper from November 1947....

 

He wrote .... Fundamentals of Naval Warfare .....

 

Here's the question ... Does anyone know a forum like this one where I can ask questions about the value of such a photo collection ?
