Silver Eisenhower

Can you add a silver Eisenhower issue to the Basic US Type Set, No Gold (7070)?

 

There are other silver specific issues and it seems it would make sense to have a silver Eisenhower

 

Edit- I see that silver Eisenhower's are included on the eligible coin types, but it does not have a lot for a 1971-S Eisenhower

Good Day.

You may manually enter in your coin, although it may not appear as 1 AVAILABLE COIN.

 

When you are in EDIT SET mode, go ahead and click on NGC, NCS, or PCGS as the grader. Then manually type in the cert. number in the box provided in the Cert # column.

 

Scroll down and SAVE your changes.

 

When you receive any automated messages that say, "This coin is not valid for this slot...," and, "Are you sure you want to save...?" Please go ahead, and say YES. This generates an automated process where we receive the same message and all of the details involved. Then with a few clicks, we can easily and quickly add your coin to that set for you. After we add the coin(s), you will receive a message saying the coin was added to your set(s). If you have further questions, please let us know.

We are in the process of adding the SILVER Eisenhower slot to both Basic US Type Sets. Thanks for the request.

No problem, and thank you for responding. Maybe you're still in the process of adding the slots or adjusting the scores, but based on what I see, coin #17411 a 1972 S Silver Eisenhower in scores more points in the Clad Eisenhower Slot than it does in the Silver Eisenhower slot.

 

I could be overlooking something, but the 1971 S Eisenhower Silver is only available in the Silver Eisenhower slot, where as the other Silver Eisenhower issues are available in either the Clad and Silver slot...
