Can't get to the 'Services and Fees' page in the order section....

I know I found a 'back-door' way to this page yesterday, but I can't find it now. The page tells me the link has expired.

Anyone else having problems ?

from the front NGC website page, click on "submit coins" tab, then "services and fees" on the drop menu
