Help grading a 1933 D Lincoln Cent

I'd give it an AU-55. Here's why ! There is obvious wear on some of the high points on the obverse. Such as above the eye at the eye brow and the forward cheek behind the nose. The reverse shows slight wear to the wheat grains on both stalks with a touch more showing on the right sided one. As exhibited by the outer edge dividing rim line to the stalk . Still a very nice example with strong details remaining . I would also add that the lack of large detracting marks ( aside from a small one above the date and a few rim flea bites on the reverse rim) are a major plus to the coin. :)
