The sharpness level is AU, but the coin has had a very thin layer of metal taken off it at some point. It still grades AU if there is mint luster in the protected areas. If they are dull or flat, it is EF-AU money.

 

Overall it's a nice coin, but the surfaces are not original, which will lower the comercial grade. There are also some purist collectors who would not touch this piece because it is not original. There is also a possible punch mark between Ms. Liberty's elbow and the liberty cap pole, which might be a negative.

AU50 shot 53 assuming the coin has luster and hasn't been molested in some way to render it market unacceptable. The images don't show luster very well, so I have some concern.
