Invalid Certification Error when adding to Competetive Set

I have a 2009 Netherlands Proof Gold 2 Ducat (#3367584-042) that had no problem going into my Collection Manager or into a Custom Set.

 

I am however having a hard time adding it to my Competitive Set.

 

It does not appear as an available coin for 2009 and when I try and add it manually I get an "Invalid Certification" error.

 

The Competitive Set is:

 

Netherlands

Gold 2 Ducats

1988-2010 Proof

 

This is one of the first 200 struck, is that negating it's inclusion for some strange reason?
