This coin should cross to PCGS at a 70 as there isn't a single frost break that would hold it back. A true black and white cameo as seen in the pics. Price guide in NGC is 100$ and 190$ in PCGS. OK Ive seen several of these sell for 125+ on ebay with much less nice toning on them. This one is vivid and more importantly symmetrical. This one is in an airtite as shown but also comes with the original case which is in perfect condition, insert, foam, et cetera. This coin should also DCAM if graded and is probably a 68. But the color screams at NGC to start starring* foreign coins.
