This coin has some surface issues – I see what appears to be either PVC ( Bad) or Verdigris ( Not a bad thing ) . I would give is a solid VF grade for details.

several lines in center right part of reverse field makes me think its a N-19. Very easy to see on inspection of reverse side of this coin.

I would actually say it would grade EF if it wasnt for the lower curl of hair so I say VF. I have a similar one that NGC graded AU.

What catches my eye is the reverse on the ONE, could be a die variety. Refer to page 15 of the Cherrypickers guide

I do not own that book unfortunately. I did find the N-19 coin described the wavy lines on reverse next to the one. Is that what you saw?
