I'm pretty sure it is undergraded and would regrade at a 64 unless the striking error or whatever it is technically called is held against it. These are the previous sellers pics, they are not lit up properly. Coin is satiny smooth lusterous as typical with 21s. Paypal only and quick payment. I will ship same day.
