My best guess is MS64.

 

However, grading accurately from images is usually quite difficult, at a minmum. And your images are not clear enough to allow for highly meaningful grade guesses.

I see some nics over the eye, chin, and neck that leads me to guess MS63. Jmo

I agree with Mark, it is difficult to judge the coin by these pics, there are a couple big nicks, but it also appears to have really nice luster.

64 shot 65 from what I can see.

I'd say that it is a solid MS-64 with a shot at MS-65. The luster is nice and the surfaces are fairly smooth with minor marks, except on the rim on the reverse at 8k, which is an out of the way place.
