2006 Nevada State Quarter Error?

I found this quarter and thought it might me a mint error any ideas if it is an error and how much it would be worth?

My eyes ain't what they used to be. I'd need a better close-up with a little more light on the whole coin.

Looks discolored to me. No error to me.

I've seen something similar to this in a slab, but it was the whole coin and not just a crescent.... It said something about "improper rinse.... or wash". Something to that affect. I'm not sure if that's what's going on with this one though.
