ball park grade a 1939 walking half?

It's just too shiny. The reverse has many hairlines, could be on the holder though. Still a cleaned coin.

alot of the shine is from my lighting. the coin is in pretty good shape the case is real rough . ill post better photos when i can and see what people think then. thanks

 

The "shine" is not what gets the coin into trouble. The source of concern is the many fine hairlines that appear to be on the reverse that are an indicator that the piece was cleaned with a light abrasive. Going by the reverse I'd say the coin grades EF for sharpness subject to the cleaning issue.
