1967 SMS 5C PF Five Full Steps

I cannot add this coin: Certification Number: 2593378-055 to the 1967 SMS 5C slot in the competitive Jefferson Nickels 1938-Date, Complete Set nor into the Special Mint Sets 1965-1967: 1967 Special Mint Set slot.

 

"Not valid for slot."

 

NGC Coin Explorer does show census numbers for both 5FS and 6FS, yet there is NO detail for these coins under "NGC Registry Score".

 

Please update and advise as I would like to add this coin.
