Did NGC change some of the rules?

I got an NGC Best in Category Award for my Eisenhower Set. My set is #4 with all coins, #1 with NGC coins. I wasn't expecting this, still gonna try for #1 overall. Happy Collecting MAILMAN

I got the same for my 1878 Mint Set. I think it shows that you were best in catagory and best in catagory for NGC coins (since they now have the NGC coin filter).

Ok...not nearly the accomplishment as others have posted but I did get Best in Category (1/2 Escudo, Charles III (1759-1788), Circulation Issue)

Wow... Nice job guys! I just started working on a commemorative type set... I may have bit off more than I can chew, but I have a new appreciation for what it takes to put a set together!
